The PTS - Powder Transfer System is an exceptionally effective and reliable method of transferring and dispensing both dry and wet powders and granules. Its unique filtration concept with a flat membrane makes it the only vacuum dense-phase system available on the market today. The system comprises a twin lobe vacuum duty air cooled pump, a cyclone separator, a bypass valve damper; two stage food grade silicon coated polyester filters, associated pipe lines and the food grade hose pipe with pickup device. The design is space saving, extremely clean and provides an exceptionally reliable method to transfer and dispense powders, even products with difficult flow characteristics. The system is very versatile and can be used for the charging of various equipments namely, all kinds of Blenders, RMG, Sifter, Mills and Compression machines.
